Spa Amenities

​

Extend your spa experience beyond the treatment room. We invite you to relax in the guest lounge which offers our signature tea, complimentary wi-fi, & free library for your enjoyment.

 

Bodylines feature separate ladies' & gentlemen's locker rooms, each with its own showers and dry sauna.

 

Amenities such as robes, toiletries, & lockers are also available.

Arrival and Late Policy

​

For your enhanced comfort & relaxation, we suggest you arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. 30 minutes if you plan on using the locker room beforehand.

 

To keep our spa running smoothly, if you are 15 minutes (or more) late, your service time may be reduced and be charged at full fee or depending on time permitting your appointment will be rechedule all together and charged a 50% no-show fee at the discretion of management.

We currently do not have an online booking system, and only book appointments by phone.

Cancellation Policy

At Bodylines, we value your time and our therapists' schedules. As a result, we have a

24-hour cancellation policy.
Booking an appointment signifies acceptance of this policy.

  •  If your appointment can be filled, there will be no charge.

  • If we are unable to fill your appointment slot, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.

Guest Information

Bodylines Day Spa uses top-quality products that have been professionally tested and approved in all of our services.

 

For the safety of our guests and our team, and for insurance purposes, outside products may not be brought to the spa for usage. Products that include but are not limited to essential oils, coconut or any other oils, lotions or creams, balms or salves, or any other products.

 

No exceptions. 

Treatment Consent

For your safety, we require signed consent prior to the start of your first service.  We ask you to please read the forms thoroughly as they do contain information pertaining to your wellness during and after services.

 

Bodylines Day Spa follows all CA State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, CA Massage Therapy Council, and City of San Ramon rules and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Payments and Gratuities

We accept cash, credit cards, checks, and NFC payments (ApplePay, Gpay) for service payments. We do not accept Spa Finder Gift Cards.

While gratuities are not required, our service providers will gladly accept them. Gratuities can be given in cash, check, and Venmo. We cannot accept credit card gratuities at this time.

Gift Cards​

​

Under California law, gift cards never expire. Gift card values may be used to purchase products or spa services at Bodylines Day Spa.  The card is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards are void and non-replaceable. Not valid with promotions or discounts.

Use At Your Own Risk!

  • DO NOT USE WITH UNCONTROLLED HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, PREGNANT,OR MEDICAL CONDITION/MEDICATION AFFECTED BY HEAT.

 

  • MAXIMUM TIME IN SAUNA IS 20 MINUTES

 

  • IF YOU FEEL DIZZY, EXIT AND NOTIFY FRONT DESK

 

  • SIT ON TOWEL FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY

 

  • KEEP HYDRATED – DRINK WATER

 

  • NO JEWELRY, GLASSES, OR GLASS CONTAINERS

 

  • DO NOT ADJUST TEMPERTURE CONTROL

 

  • WATER CAN BE PUT ON HEATER ROCKS BUT DO NOT PUT THE WOODEN BUCKET ON THE HEATER

 

  • REMOVE MAGAZINES, TOWELS, CUPS
